This week, we hosted our annual “School of Fish” Portfolio Company Holiday Edition, and it was far from your typical holiday party. This gathering wasn’t just about celebrating the season; it was about creating a space where founders could connect, share insights, and support one another in meaningful ways.

At TSF, we know that founders are constantly striving to be the best of the best. That’s why School of Fish is designed to go beyond the transactional, but rather foster deeper connections and candid conversations. This year, we took a different approach by moderating a discussion over dinner with our founders. No keynote speeches, no formalities—just open dialogue and genuine exchanges. The goal was simple: to learn from each other, share tangible lessons, and navigate challenges together.

We’ve always believed that TSF is more than just a VC fund. We are a “for founders” fund.  We’re here because we understand the realities of building something from the ground up. We’ve faced the late nights, the tough decisions, and the unpredictable waters. That’s why we don’t just offer support—we share real lessons we’ve learned and act as a steady compass for our founders when the seas get rough. 🌊
