I am thrilled to announce the addition of our fund’s first Venture Partner, Brandon Zhao. Brandon and I have a long history which dates to the early days of Wattpad where Brandon was the founding Data Scientist. I have watched Brandon build the evolution of Wattpad’s data platform where he grew and led a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to scale the system to support over 90 million active users per month.
Brandon is a data visionary with experience leveraging leading edge research to create compelling and elegant ML driven products. I know him to be someone who is innovative and charismatic, he is passionate about pushing the boundaries of applying new and emerging technologies to solve real world problems at scale.
I have no doubt that his deep domain expertise will be an important and timely asset for our fund as we move into the new 2022 investment year. Brandon joins Two Small Fish Ventures where he will focus on AI/ML, blockchain, and deep tech innovation and support us in investment decisions and diligence.
We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Brandon to the TSFV team and the broader venture investment ecosystem. We look forward to the year ahead and know that having Brandon on board will give us another unique advantage when it comes to our investment pipeline.
