We are thrilled to announce that our portfolio company, Proof has been acquired by Daylight Automation, Inc.
Proof is a digital platform designed to modernize and streamline government processes and paperwork. Daylight is alow-code platform that allows enterprises to rapidly build and deploy personalized digital solutions. The integration of the Proof platform into Daylight’s suite of products will enable Daylight Automation to grow faster than ever before.
We are excited for Proof to embark on this new stage of growth and acceleration. Proof’s co-founders Ben Sanders and Wesley George will take on leadership roles at Daylight as Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Solutions Engineering respectively. Both Ben and Wesley bring a wealth of experience and we have no doubt that they will be able to execute their next milestones with precision and continue expanding into new markets.
We are so excited to now also become investors in Daylight as part of this acquisition and join a new start-up journey in the data collection landscape to build digital experiences for organizations all over the world.
